I want my claim / refund of 2000 Rs- on purchasing ritz

I purchased a ritz vxi car on 2-10 from perfect auto - Gandhigram - Rajkot, Gujrat. they had promised us to give a refund or claim if i submitt the farming land document named 7-12 certificate.

so i had submitted there as they said. (i had also submitted it twise after 6 months when they said to submitt.)

I am waitng for my 2000 rs/- claim / refund on providing documents of farm land occupation (7-12). i am waiting for more then 10 months and the showroom incharge doesnot helping in proper way. other purchaser of cars who brought cars after me had got their claim/ refund of -.
