Customer Harrasment from the date of purchase till now

I have purchased a Maruti Suzuki Wagan R on 11 July from swani motors feroze gandhi market Ludhiana from their True Value Shoppe for 2.5b lakhs for a scond hand car. From then onwards our tales of harrasment started. We thought of getting LPG Kit installed in it. We thought of going for SKN Brand but later was decided to get it done from maruti service centre. So again we contacted Swani Motors dealing person Mr. Sunil and Mr. Manmohan. The kit of SKN Which we enquired for Rs. 9500/- they charged us for the same kit of Rs. 19000/-. We were duped of Rs. 10000/-.

Then we shifted to Gulzar Motors for further services located at Dholewal, Ludhiana. I got a cashless isurance done from them. Last time also when we got a denting and painting job done, It crated a problem in the fuel injectors as the water used for washing went inside them which we got cleaned and again was charged for them. Now also i got an call from Gulzar Motors for the denting and painting of the car. They picked the car from my premises on 28/07 and promised me to return it on 1/08 and offerd me for free wheel alingment. When i gave them a call on the promised delivery date they told me that it will be delivered on 2nd of august .i.e. the next day of the promised delivery date. On the next day also it was the same excuse that the car is under painting and offered me saturday. On saturday when i visited them the work was totally still pending and they said that the petrol tank is empty and the battery is totally discharged. I again provided them with the money for the petrol. They said that the work will be done till 08/08. I gave them a call on 08/08 they said its under washing and will be available after 4:00PM. Then i went yesterday to pick my car in morning to which they asked me to wait in the visiter's Lounge for sometime and car will be provided after some compound work. After waiting for two hours i went to look for my service advisor Mr. Lalit and when i saw the car i was totally shocked. One of the front tyre was punctured, Battery was completely Dead, The rear door behind the driver seat was not attached and the part which was to be repaired was wrapped with newspaper. I asked them the reason for the pendency to which they were speechless. They again provided me with a new time till evening. In evening also when i went there the work was still incomplete and they again asked me for the money for petrol. I have to stay there for three hours to get my work done but still incomplete. Due to delay the battery of my car was totally dead and it was unable to start. I myself carried the puctured wheel outside to get the work done.

AND THE MAIN PROBLEM NOW IS THAT THE CAR'S PERFOMANCE IS WEAK. THE CAR ASKS FOR MORE ACCELERATOR. IT'S MILAGE HAS BEEN REDUCED. THE CAR MISSES THE PICKUP IN BETWEEN.

Humbley Requested to take some action against them so that nobody else gets harrased
