Damage the Equipment While Service

Hi,

I have buy the car in Jan and given My vehicle Maruti Suzuki Swift UP-15S 4448 for 3rd service in Jammu at maruti authorized dealer High Lander in Jammu in July. While service they damaged the power window equipment. First they didn't accept the damage but after discussion with manger they agree to replace it but given me 15 days time as that equipment not in the stock. So i visit after 15 days then again they said to come after 15 days, right it more than 1 month i am visiting the place. But they are saying me come-2 again again.

Kindly help me in these issue. So that can be replaced.
