Inconviniency during service and rude behaviou

Your people called us for the 1st servicing of swift car. the time when we sent the car they rejected the car by saying that they wont wash it this is a complaint about the neglegence of service and rude behaviour of the person who called us and now the same person is refusing to talk to me nor answering my calls

I am very disappointed by this and will really have to reconsider buying another maruti product in the future.
