Poor service and null customer satisfaction

I bought a new swift dzire ldi model 2012. i went to a town rajiyawas nearby beawar on 15 march and due to some reason my car was locked and the key was in the car. i called maruti road assistance, maruti customer care but no one could assist me the complaint no. was 566484. i was in a big trouble as it was getting night so i broke the glass of the window and opened the door. i had to break the glass because of poor customer service of maruti. from that day i am asking for the glass from the dealers of maruti but they say that we dont have glass. it is a resposibility of a company to provide the parts and accesories as soon as they launch the model. i am not able to use the car because there is a fear of theft as the glass is broken and anyone may open the car.
