Refund of Rs. 1000

Dear Sir,

I had booked Maruti Suzuki - SWIFT on 26/6 for Rs. 1000/- (refundable - evidence available). But due to failure of "ONTIME DELIVERY" I had requested for refund. And for this I had visited City Cars, Satna (Waidhan Branch) and had telephonic discussions quite a no. of times. But till date I have not received my refund amount. Its almost nine months over.
