Regarding delivery of Vehicle after booking

Sir,

I booked for Swift Ldi at Sky Automobilles Bhubaneswar, Orissa on 21st Dec with an advance of Rs10, 000 with a delivery lag period of 34days (mentioned in the order form). The quatation mentioning the on-road price of Rs5, 26, 745.00 at Bhubaneswar. Now at the time of delivery they are claiming Rs 7000.00 more without any prior information to me although my phone no was with them and they received the vehicle 7 to 8 days before.

Is it the proper way of marketing? If there is any price hike they should give us prior information. The marketing agent although informed me about the date of despatch and arrival of the vehicle but never utter a single word about the hike of price before the paper work at the time of delivery.

Please Clarify.
