I purchased a Maruti Alto car from M/s. Max Auto, Sangrur on 16.10.2010. After a few days from its purchase, the car met with an accident. The repair done by the dealer workshop was unsatisfaotory and unnecessary parts were replaced just to raise heavy bill to claim from insurance co. The working condition of the car after repairs is worst. No body in the dealership of Max Autos, Sangrur, hears my problems.

Further starting from its purchase, the car gives very low mileage of about 12 kms/ltr. I lodged repeated complaints with the above dealer but to no effect. Even, the car was checked up from other dealers at Solan (HP) and Patiala (PB) but, they also failed to rectify the fault. I am in great problem and have to incur more money on extra petrol consumption. So much so, in the try to have more mileage, the car engine has started making abnormal vibrations which could also not be rectified by the said dealer.

E mail as well as a registered letter has been sent to the CMD of Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. New Delhi. But, no response has been received from him so far.
