Please note that it was a very shocking moment to know that my vehicle was also in the list of that problematic Vehicles of connecting Rod (This news I got from Media).
I have immediate got the job done and replaced Connecting rod bolts on 8th April as per your requirements as I know the end result of this failure.
But mean the while I hereby inform you that I have lost all my confidence in the engine fitted in my vehicle as tomorrow Maruti will be intimating that the Head gasket was not of Proper thickness, Main bearing Torque was not correct, coolant was not of proper mixture etc…and in end I will be the sufferer after paying Rs 6 Lacs.
I hereby humbly request you to kindly arrange to prolong the warranty of this Engine.
I am terribly disappointed with the service that was provided as I have complained for Noise while braking in initial 1000 kms and again at 5000 Kms I had requested was not done and I got lame excuses for the same.
It is alarming to note that Quality of Maruti Vehicles are incapable of handling the responsibility.
PLEASE TAKE THIS MATTER VERY SERIOUSLY,
