I had get serviced my car from the maruti authorized dealer at the time of car serviced, when I take the test drive of the car after service. I feel that
car is not running smoothly and wheel is doing so much of noise. I asked with the manager, then they have checked and get it repaired. 5th day I feel that car is still not moving smoothly. I have been visited to dealer and told them the problem. But they were not ready to listen to me and said
that car is fine. I come back but I was not comfortable with the driving. I am feeling that car is bubbling at the time of driving. I have been visited again
to the dealer but they have not done anything and said that car is fine.
I had made the complaint on the customer care no. of the maruti suzuki india ltd. also, but noting has been done., I did not get any call from the dealer.
I would like to convey my message, if any thing happend with me or get accident due to mistake of dealer, they will be responsble for it.
