Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Rajesh Ganer, have bought a brand new Maruti RITZ ZXI vehicle in the month of Aug from ACER Motors, Secunderabad (Earlier I had Maruti 800 A/C model and enjoyed it for more than 4 years. I sold it to go for a bigger one). After driving the new car (RITZ ZXI) for about a week, I found that there is an issue with the steering wheel alignment (I drove with the straight steering wheel and car was NOT going straight. This was really awkward and annoying to me since the car was brand new). I took the car to ACER Motors and asked them to take a look. First reaction from them (To my surprise) was “THIS PROBLEM CANNOT BE FIXED”. I requested them to take a deeper look and fix the issue and left my car in their service center. Next day when I went to pick up the car, ACER’s technician told me that, the issue has been fixed and I can take the car back.
After driving the car for about a week, I found out that the issue has NOT been fixed still. So, I went to ACER again and asked them to fix it and the same story was repeated again.
Now a new problem is seen in the car, Break pedal suddenly gets stuck and breaking system stops working. When I reported this problem to the dealer, same old story is repeated.
On an over all, I have reported these problems for more than 5 times and ACER was not able to fix it properly. Finally, I called their management team to report my experience. I was advised to write a note to MARUTI directly with the issue details.
I had logged a complaint to Maruti using their online form but didn’t get any response. Alternatively, I called their customer service desk and logged the complaint but in vein again.
Needless to say, I got a car with defects and am really disappointed with the quality of car and quality of service I got from ACER incase of this issue.
