Dear Customer Care,
This is the third time i am complaining, about my new car RITZ VDI, 28th October purchased. As per my previous complaint, i got changed the ECM unit worth Rs. 19000/- free of cost. I appriciate the efforts of CHITOSHO Mohali team.
But after that this was the horrible experiance i have ever in my life.
I did'nt got a single call either from CHITOSHO nor MARUTI Suzuki, that dear customer how is your car is??
I am here by submitting my compalint that after facing the problem again i am very upset & tense that MARUTI Suzuki is not a good company who cares there customers.
The problem of Missing & Hanging up is also coming in other models also. I am feeling that this is the Manufacturing deffect which is forcefully we are facing.
This is really bad that MAruti Suzuki does not care of there customers & taken for granted. I am here by confirming you either rplace my car with new model/variant if any extra cost required then ask me otherwise i am going to park my CAR in front of MARUTI Suzuki & will take the leagal action for harracement & mental tension.
I amnot able to work well due to this & feeling very humalating that io purchased this kind of F****** car & joined with this type of company.
Please let me know what action you people are taking with in next 48 Hours, as i am relly very upset due to this problem.
