Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased a Maruti Ritz -vxi model in June from Sai Service, Pathadipallam, Kalamasserry, Cochin. At the time of delivery there were grey patches on all the black surfaces (like the side beading, handles, front grill etc.)On enquring the sales person told me, that it is not a problem as it happened during teflon coating and can be removed, during the first service. But on the first service they found out that it cannot be removed and it is permanant defect. So thay promised to change all the gray surface areas, like the grill and the beading and the handle. Now it is almost 7-8 months of long waiting and the dealer (Sai Services) seems to be fooling around. I want a solution to this problem during the guarante period itself.
