Bad experience after sale service

This is regarding a bad experience I had at your Kataria Showroom at Dariyapur, Ahmadabad.

I was called for collecting RC book of my new Maruti Swift VXi purchased from your above mentioned showroom dated 5th April. I went to collect the same on saturday 10th july and on receiving it I came to know that RC book doesn’t mentioned CNG endorsement as was fitted by your company as per my demand before the delivery of car.

I met Mr. Laxmanbhai who is looking for RTO things to take back my RC book for CNG entry. He replied unresponsibly & just refuses to take it & said me to contact the executive from whom I have purchased car. I tried to contact Ms. Rohini, Sales Executive from whom I had purchased car but she was not at her desk so I & even your help desk person at showroom had tried few times on her cell but her cell was not responding/reachable. My half hour was already lost when I further go two stairs up to Mr. Laxman bhai to solve the issue. He once again refuses & called Mr. Ghanshyambhai, Sales executive & told me to meet him. I step down at Mr. Ghanshyam & found that he also is not at his chair, I called Mr. Ghanshyam through another sales executive just sitting beside him & inform that I am waiting at his desk. After waiting at his desk for half n hour when he didn’t came I got angry & asked helpdesk person for whereabout of Ghanshyambhai & surprisingly he found to sit just infront of me and not even bother to even come to me. When I asked to him, he behaved very rudely to me & roughly said me to meet Ms. Rohini.

Finally I asked help desk person to give me General manager contact number. They call some customer care executive, Ms. Dharmista who came to me & assure that she will solve the problem & she gone upstairs. I once again sit back at the showroom & waited another 15 minutes when my patience gone I went to her & found that she was quietly sitting at her chair & did nothing. Then in my presence she called some person & told me to meet that person at workshop beside the showroom.

I got frusteted with the whole staff at your show room & some how manage to contact General Manager, Mr. Sharad Nagar. After explaining my problem to him it takes only 5 minutes to take back my RC book for necessary correction.

In this whole episode I want to draw your kind attention that just 5 minutes work at your showroom consume my 2 important hours. I think when we came to purchase car at your showroom, everybody welcomes us. Even you came to us for test drive at our place which is 15-20kms away but once your car is sold the people at your showroom dontcare for us & not even look at us. They throw us here & there for minor works.

Your must know the importance of your existing customers, as many of these will be your repeat customer which is based only on your treatment after sale. I feel that such a rude behavior will definitely impact your company's reputation.
