Bad Response of the Delers

I had given my car MARUTI SUZUKI Sx4 Zxi (GJ-4AP-2825) for service and repairs at Maruti's Authorized Service Station named "Eternal Motors Pvt Ltd, Chitra, Bhavnagar". But I am not satisfied with them. They avoid me & not giving proper answer.

They want to send me at Kataria Motors, Ahmedabad to show my Sx4, though it was their duty. According to Kataria Motors, the problem is that the steering coloum work not properly & need to change. Its make noise. Though I have warranty, My deler, Eternal motors, not replaced the faulty part of my car. I have also external warranty but deler's mechanical engineer refuse me to change the part. He also told me that if he replaced the faulty part, the company cuts its charge from his salary. After seeing my extended warranty, the mechanic told me Don't worry I am here.!!! And other mechanic of the deler also suggested me to change the faulty part. They avoid me since last one month. They always told me that I have to replace faulty part at Kataria Motors, Ahmedabad. Why should I go Ahmedabad??? Though I had purchaced from here.

We complained two time at company's Call center dated at 9/9, Complain no is 5598199877 but complain automatically closed without inform or confirmation from me. And from call center they told me my complain was closed by Eternal Motors.

Now I have again complain dated at 13/9 Complain no is 6678538340 which is still pending. This is my 2nd car of Maruti Suzuki.

So please do needful as soon as possible.
