Suspension system/milage

I had purchsed Maruti SX4 on 2nd Aug'10 from Fortpoint Mumbai having car no MH 02 BT 39 & within two month of the period, car is dreven only 3500km & now I am facing problem of right hand suspension & very less mileage.
