This is to bring into your kind notice that I Siddharth Verma is owing a Maruti SX4 (Reg. DL9C-R-2559).
My car got dashed last month on 23 May'12. I had sent the car to the dealers service centre named as Suri Motors, Jhansi to get it repaired. I got the car on 6th June'12. Before this i got a call from the centre on 4th June'12 saying that the car is ready. When i inspected the car on 4th evening it was ready but i left the car there only because i had a complaint that the car AC is not working and i also wanted its service to be done. So, the concerned person told to collect the car on 6th June.
But when i went there on 6th, neither the AC nor the Service was done. After requesting them they checked the AC and said that its fine and they have done the service of the AC.
So, on there words i took the car. During the repair they replace the front right side head light, bumper, bonut and the front right side panel.
Next morning when i saw the car there was spray paint all over the car body. I showed it in the showroom and they told me to take it again to the service centre and said its a half an hour job of rubbing.
I did it accordingly and took my car there. After a long wait of 2 hrs my car was handled but by a person of denting painting workshop who didnt knew how to even rub the sand paper over the car. After he completed his job there are scratches all over the body of the car. Unfortunately they have spoiled the colour of the car.
Not only this during this task one of the employee who was driving another car hit the front bumper of my car which i had got replaced just a day back.
After a long discussion they finally changed it but the colour of the car which got spoiled is still the same.
After 6 hours job i finally took the car from there since i had to go to Lucknow on the same day.
I again got the car checked in Lucknow on 10/06 at Bright Motors, Vikas Nagar, Lucknow an authorised service centre of Maruti where they did the service of my car's AC. They told that the condensor pipe of the AC situated below the dashboard was completely chocked and the gas was less. So, they repaired it and charged Rs. 3062 for the same. Since then the AC is very effective. They also informed me that because of this AC problem there was much load both on the engine and the AC due to which the average of the car must have been less.
On top of this i had to travel in such a warm climate all the way from Jhansi to Lucknow.
They inspected the car body colour and told that these scratched wont go even if a teflon coating is done on this.
Now, seeing all above kindly advise on the following:-
1) Who would bear the cost of getting the original color of my car?
2) Who would pay the AC repair charges of Lucknow?
3) Above all who would justify the problem that i faced during all this journey and the
problem that i faced at Maruti's service centre at Jhansi?
Kindly advise on the above and look into this urgently and arrange to get my car's color ok asap else i need to go through further channels.
