My faith in Maruti Udyog and it's services is being put to severe test by their dealers Jagrut Motors, Ratnagiri.
The Maruti 800 DC I had bought 9 yrs back has served me and really well and has become a part of our family.
I had to send my car 4 months back for repairs after meeting with an accident.
For the last 4 months I have been trying to get my car back but everytime some new excuse crops up. Jagrut Motors' staff has shown a very callous attitude and have caused me greater mental trauma than the accident itself.
I was given a call on 29.11.09 to come and collect my car which had been fully repaired. I visited them on 09.12.09 but to no avail. It seems they suddenly detected a problem with the AC!
I was forced to make this complaint today after Mr. Prashant More from Jagrut Motors called me up today to yet again delay the delivery of my car. Apparently, within 4 days of my visit to their workshop the battery also developed some problem!
I stay about 125km from Ratnagiri and it is not easy for me to go and scrutinize their work regularly. For the last 4 months they have been assuring me that I'll be getting my car within the 'next two days'. I have already made 5 visits to their workshop.
How many more visits are required?? Do I need to remind them that they have my car or are they busy looking for spurious parts to replace??
Now I have started doubting even the quality of work that Jagrut Motors will be providing me with considering their false assurances.
I only wish to get my car back with Genuine Parts and a genuine bill (they are charging a huge sum and keep on increasing it) as soon as possible.
It should not take 4 months to repair a car with genuine parts. I hope people at Maruti Udyog take note of the kind of work Jagrut Motors provide as Maruti Dealers. Their attitude brings a bad name to Maruti Udyog also.
