Ref: Wagonr -LXI (MRD) -DOD.12.3.06 from Varun Motors (4603) Visakhapatnam. Vehicle No: AP 31AM/2126.
Purchased above said vehicle from Varun motors with 1 year extended warranty and there after all my periodical services were under going from Varun motors till date.
On 5.3.10 vehicle was given for servicing, after 2 days informed that the Head Assembly Cylinder was found crack and replaced with new. The vehicle was only 28000 km used and surprise to note that, the replacement of head assembly cylinder with charging of Rs.22, 896/- against inv/no. BRO 9008728 DT 18.3.010.
when i asked how it is possible a crack on HAC in spite of my periodical checkups from them, absolutely there was no justification from them except paying my bill. And i strongly believe it is a manufacturing defect.
Therefore, bringing to your notice to look into this matter seriously investigate and see a reimbursement of my money back.
I am one of your prevailage customer since 1995, purchased Maruthi 800, Wagonr & swift and never faced a problem before.
Hope you take appropriate action on this and reimburse my amount.
