i have purchased a maruti swift in the year 2006 from m/s ganapati motors, bhilai and have been regularly servicing it from the same dealer. however, for the past 1-2 years, the performance of the service station has become considerably poor.
technicians are not enough capable of detecting the fauld and continously insist on replacements for very minor problems. spares are not available most of the time,
please look into the matter and do the needful.
