I had a very worse experience at MSSD (Maruti sales & service) Naraina centre during service of Wagon R. Not only very bad customer handling was done by Rajeev Kumar who was on leave for service days, went out from office when his shift was over and car still not handed over, but also biggest problem is the car is in worse condition after getting the service done of Rs 22000 then it was before the service which included replacement of axles and other stuff along with normal paid service.

After spending Rs 22000 the axles are still giving huge problem, car is very shaky which was not at all the case before giving to service, I am not sure how axles replacement was done which has created lots of more problem which were not at all there when the car was submitted.

Before care was submitted for service only axle problem was there no other problem like shakiness was there. Now not only shakiness problem is there but also car is creating so many noises even in simple movement which was not there before.

I am extremely unsatisfied with the way the service was done, customer handling was very worse I have never seen, bill was huge, and above all new problems are there because of mis handling of replacement of new parts which were not there before which includes shaky movement while driving as well as so many noises which are coming. Not only that even after axle replacement, axle noises are also there.

The Car No is DL 4CL 5187, car was submitted for service on 12th Dec at 7:30 AM and it took around 3 days to get such a awful service exp. Customer id is I091790047 in name of Bindiya Arora.

I will never in my life would recommend going for Maruti Nariana service center after having such a worse experience. The customer experience was worst of it kind both from relationship as well as service point of view. The car is in worst condition after getting Rs 22000 service and axle replacement has been handled in a very bad manner.
