I purchased a new Alto car on May 17th and got the entire accessories fitted from a dealer name Mr Karim Premji who owns Music Corner. The address is 668/69 Nana Peth, Pune – 411002. His cell no is 9890531924.
I installed accessories worth rupees 24, 000. He has almost charged 50 % on all accessories provided. But the concern is he has installed duplicated accessories. Couple of days one the front speaker of the audio system started to rattle and I contacted him for the same. He said this has happened because his fitters have not fitted the speaker correctly, they have fixed the wires on wrong terminals. I asked him to replace it but he said he would repair it for which he took almost 10 days. But the problem still persist. I took my car to another pioneer dealer who confirmed that the speakers were duplicate (Rs300 a pair for front for which he charged me Rs1000 and Rs700 rear for which he charged me Rs 2800). Now first of all he is not ready to admit that the speakers are duplicate.
