I, Rita Kumar, Purchased a Maruti Wagon R Dt. March 17 Reg. No. UP15 AS 8757, from “Raj Sneh Auto India Pvt. Ltd” an authorized Dealer of Maruti Suzuki Meerut.
I feel very regret to inform that Saturday, Dt. Feb 11, my car showing some problem of engine oil & for this when I contacted to Raj-Sneh Auto India Pvt. Ltd. Meerut regarding the problem the engineer told that the engine is 90% blocked and it need to be repaired & repairing would cost b/w Rs. 8000/- to 10, 000/-.
I would like to inform that its third service which performed on Dt. Oct 18, in which the engine oil and oil filter had to be changed and a complaint in horn and the pickup of car also forwarded to the representative of Raj Sneh Auto India Pvt. Ltd. The problem of Horn was not rectified for this when I contacted the Engineer no satisfactory solution was provided to me.
After the service, I paid the bill amount for the items i.e. Change of Engine Oil & Oil Filter.
The Blocking of engine is a very much surprised/shocked for me that despite of regularly maintaining & having its servicing from “Raj Sneh Auto India Pvt. Ltd” an authorized Dealer of Maruti Suzuki in Meerut how can a problem like blocking of engine can happened.
In Prima facie it is a matter of Fraud & Negligence form Raj Sneh Auto India Pvt. Ltd, service station. They charged an amount on the name of Change of Engine Oil and Oil Filter in the last servicing, which is very clearly mentioned in the bill.
I think that the charges which I paid on the name of Change of Engine Oil and Oil Filter, actually the work has not performed & due to this the problem of blocking of engine had happened.
I would like to know that who is responsible for the damage as the car is not even 1 year old. How could we rely on Maruti Suzuki & its authorized dealers?
I am an Assistant Professor in a reputed Engineering College, I can’t miss the college. Due to this problem now I have to hire a taxi for attending the college.
You are requested to take immediate action and either get changed the engine or the car and provide me a service car for that period of the resolution of the problem.
Otherwise, I will be constrained to go consumer court and claim my taxi charges also @ Rs 1000/- per day.
Your response in this regard awaited.
