This is the complain about one of the Hero Honda Service center at Gandhinagar, Ahmedabad. It is Mayur Automobiles, Umiya Complex, Kudasan, Gandhinagar, Ahmedabad.
I gave my bike for service and oil replacement. When i got my bike return they told me some of the bike parts not working properly which were actually works when i gave bike for service. When i reached home and tried to lock my bike then it is locked but machine is ON and i could not off my bike. They stopped my bike horn, ignition, side light and so many problems faced after service from there.
Second day, when i inquired about these problems they asked me to change entire ignition switch which cost around Rs.750 and when i asked about the reason of failure then they did excuses and after sometimes they misbehaved with me and told me that whatever action you want to take we do not have any problem.
Actually when they servicing my bike they found that ignition switch is corrupted by their one of the service agent that's why they did these all stories. I have also changed my rear and front brake liner but none of them working properly.
They used second hand parts and also filled used oil in the bike.
Take care if you servicing your bike in this service center.
