I've booked a cab on 25/11 with Megacabs at 3:45 in the morning to the domestic airport. I even got the chaffeur and cab details by SMS half an hour before. But the cab driver mobile was switched off and he didn't turn up for the pick up. I waited till 4:15 but there was no response even from the customer care. Then the customer care executive told me that there is some technical problem. I had a flight to catch by 5 in the morning. I could have missed the flight due to the irresponsible behaviour of Mega cab services.
The cab didn't turn up that day at all.
