I had booked a cab today i.e. 21st of May in the morning for a cab from Anushaktinagar (Deonar) to Mumbai Domestic Airport at 2:00 pm (BOOKING ID: B000653. I got a sms confirmation from them too. When the cab dint turn-up past 2, I called them up as my flight was at 3:45 pm and I dint want to get late. But, the customer care executive told me that the cab had broke down and that they would send me a cab in another 1 hour. Am I supposed to miss my flight waiting for their convenience to send a cab?
This is really disgusting. They should have had the minimum decency to atleast call up and inform me if they were unable to arrange a cab on time.
I've seen many similar complaints and I strongly feel that they just take-up the booking for getting more and more customers.
I request the authorities to take appropriate action on such organizations which fool people and put them in trouble.
