I travelled using mega cab- Kolkata services from sector V Saltlake to Manicktolla on 14th July i.e., wednesday at around 7:45 pm vide cab number Wb04D5948. My exepreince was shocking as the driver was rude and the meter tampered. The meter showed Rs. 193.00 though generally it takes not mroe than 110-120. Further when I called up the customer care to complain about the behaviour and excessive charges I was informed that they are not authorized to record the complain. Am disgusted and disgruntled. Am not sure if Indian authorities or politicians have time to help common law abiding citizens
