This is regarding the taxi booking done by me for today (1st Nov) morning 8AM. I had done the booking on 31st Oct, 7PM through my cell phone. The booking ID provided was B172. The pickup was from Belapur (Navi Mumbai) and the drop was to Domestic Airport. But no cab arrived today morning. I did not even receive any SMS from company's side.
I tried calling its number again today morning for almost 30 minutes. I was put on hold thrice (for 10 minutes each) but when my turn came, the line got disconnected. The situation was really very disturbing for us as our friend was scheduled to take her flight to Delhi. Once we realized that talking to the company was meaningless, we tried for regular taxi and luckily our friend could JUST reach on time.
The services provided by Mega Cabs can be described as ‘ridiculous’. As if this was not enough, I call its call center in the afternoon to enquire. I was told that the managers were busy and I could drop the email to them.
