Dear Sir,
On Friday, I had done reservation with Mega Cabs Mumbai for August 13th for a pick from Goregoan (W) at 1.00 pm, with booking reference no. B000249. On Aug 13th, at around 12.20 pm I call them for confirmation on which they assured me and reconfirmed that my cab is confirmed and shall be reaching any moment. Subsequently I got a SMS from them confirming driver details, sms read as (your cab no. MH 03 - F - 9727, chauffer Vijay Mishra with cell no. 9920584924 will reach you as scheduled). On Calling Mr. Vijay Mishra I was told that there is no communication with him for my pick up. While I was trying to connect to the call center for to check on the status, I got a call from their Delhi office stating that my booking has been cancelled due to non availability of cab. So I called their customer care and they were with no answers.
Though it is a very small thing, but I feel company should be penalized for such negligence and improper management. Their small carelessness eventually costed me three times the price and rescheduling all my commitments.
Look forward for a prompt action.
