I'm the owner of Tata Safari EX registration no. HR02 V 5537 billing date 18/11 from Metro Motor Yamunanager. From the day one i'm with some of the problems like- Noise of engine is more than other safaris. Noise of wind comes in the cabin. Water comes in while washing. Coolant leaking. Etc.
I'm very sorry to say that your staff in Metro Motors Service Center, Jagadhri is unprofessional. I'm not happy at all when ever i been there. They always gave me untechnical reasons for my complaints.
Noise of the engine is too much, the doors of the car are not in one level the center of font door and rear door is in & out which create wind noise while driving, water comes in and wet all door pannels from inside whenever wash the car, always found coolant level low.
In my last visit to service center with all these comlpains, they failed to sort out and gave me new problem. For leveling the doors they DAMAGE rightside pillar. Instead of adjusting they bang it with hammer and dent the piller which is not acceptable at all. Even the problem is still there and they were not appogise for damaging piller and edge of the doors. While driving noise of engine and noise of wind is not tolrable and really irritating also divert attention. In all my services i mentioned about the noise of engine and everytime they reply that its ok not mentioned in job card regularly. When they did P.D.I the water found inside the doors and today also the problem is still there. They have not any reason why coolant level low in every service. No one is there to hand these small and big problems. HOW CAN ANYBODY DRIVE WITH SUCH UNTOLERABLE NOISE? Whey they people make me feel that i had misused my money? It's long time now over my passions that whey i'm writing to you. Please dont make me feel that i'm in wrong hands (TATA MOTORS).
