No response for Bike breakdown complaint

Dear Sir,

I had taken bike helpline AMC service from M/s Metrospeed Helpline Pvt. Ltd., B-17, Ansal Chamber-I, Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi-66. My Card No. is 106536. But since last few months when I required their service no number is traceable, I had tried the following nos. but all are out of service:

9711502313, 9711502314, 011-43338333, 011-26164311. Pl. take appropriate action against this company and refund my AMC amount.
