I boarded the BMTC today (06/12) AT 5.40 PM near lower agram road to travel towards vivekanagar bus stop. However the bus driver of the bus G3-KA 01 4655, REFUSED TO STOP THE BUS AT THE BUS STOP and asked me to get down of the moving bus near National games village, Kormangala. Th e same was inf0rmed to Traffic Constable Mr. Suresh (near Vivekanagar Police Station) and The Police Inspector at Vivekanagar Police Station, who declined to entertain the complaint and adviced to call the BMTC Complaint center, the phone no. of which was not provided to me by the above officials as they were not aware of the same.
I ask for action against the concerned driver and conductor of the bus -G3 4655 and also the, means to take my complaint to the concerned authority... [email protected]
