I had changed all 4 tyres of my car to Michelin Tubeless Tyres from M/s Darshan Tyres, F.C. Road, Pune-411004 in July end. In November, my tyre developed a big hole and I immediately went and complained about the same to M/s Darshan Tyres and requested them for a replacement since only 4 months have passed from the purchase of the tyre. However, they handed over a 'Tyre Inspection Report' (Report No.107237 dated 26-11-09) saying that the side wall is cut and there will be no replacement in such case.
I was told that Michelin Tyres are the best in the world and it is very sad that in such a situation there is no co-operation from your dealers. I didn't change one but 4 tyres of my car. Hence, I request you to to consider this matter in a 'customer-friendly manner' and arrange for a replacement of the tyre.
