I have purchased my new car Swift (Registration NO. PB 65-L 5556) in the month of July and got Minda Car Central locking kit installed in it in the month of Aug. From that day onwards, i m just moving from pillar to post and every 2 months im being frustrated by the defective product. Every 2/3 months, the cell/battery goes down and then i have to spend Rs 200 to get it rectified. First six months they replaced the cell but now im spending on it. After fighting with company in the month of September they installed a new part of central locking and gave me 2 new remotes and confirmed me that i will not face the problem again but on 29th March again both the remotes stopped working and now the guy from company Mr Satinder confirmed me to purchase the battery cells from the market directly as the company is not having the cells with them.

I am now really frustrated by this product of Minda and wants my full money back as now i understood that the company is totally incapable of making Central locking product. The R&D is a totally failure.

I have used Nippon central locking in my earlier car and i have never faced a problem in 2.5 years of my tenure. Now i want my money back and do not want to continue with central locking of Minda.

So request you to provide solution of the same
