LONG PENDING REFUND

Sir,

Kindly see my reference No. AKXELG... dt 24/06

I had cancelled one ticket, and booked another ticket through your agency after ensuring that first

ticket stands cancelled and your agency/co had assured me that you will get refund of Rs. 3670/- within

next three days, but unfortunately till this mail/complaint I did not receive the refund. It is pertinent to

mention here that at least I would have made more than 20 times request for refund through your help line

contacting your support officials and surprisingly every time every body from your office assures me that

now you will receive your refund... but all telling lies. Can we say your services are very poor, unsatisfactory... with this attitude I was forced to deal with very best and quick services Co. Make my trip.

I hope you will look into it and the concerned will be put to task for longest delay.
