NON DELIVERY OF GAS CYLINDER, CONSUMER NO.-14122

I had booked cylinder through telephone on 30.03.2011. One lady staff of the gas agency attended the phone and assured that the no. for cylinder is booked but while asking registration no./booking no., she dropped the phone. I waited for a week and again rang up. She again told me that your no. is booked. I waited again for 5-6 days and rang up on 11.04.2011. She told me very rudely that your cylinder is booked today but did not give the booking no. I rang up the agency again today, same reply was given by the lady staff. I rang up 4 times and threatened her that I will lodge complaint, and then she gave booking no.-2674 (probably of today).
It is pertinent to mention here that the problem of non booking of cylinder on telephone is regular activity of this gas agency. I am customer of this GAS Agency for the last 3 ½ years and they are not giving the booking no. so no proof remains with me about booking of cylinder. Probably, they are booking the cylinder on my no. and delivering to others. I had booked cylinder in February also, but the cylinder was not delivered. I had to manage cylinder from my friend. Last time, I was given cylinder on 29.01.2011.
In view of the above, please instruct the GAS AGENCY (M M Gas Service) to deliver the cylinder at my home and look after the corrupt practices adopted by the gas agency, Callous attitude of the lady staff attending the booking phone TELEPHONE NO.-0183-2563070 is also needs to be corrected.
