Delay of MMTS train from Lingampalli to Hyderabad (8.20 am)

Dear Sir,

Issue:

The 8.20 am Lingampalli to Hyderabad MMTS is getting delayed daily. Today also it reached Hitechcity at 9:20 am (delay of 1/2 hour) instead of 8.54 am, due to which so many employees are unable to attend the office lately.

How could we avoid this for future, so that people do not suffer in the situation like this.
