Dear Sir/ madam
I had given my car AP29AC 8007 Ford Fusion- Black for service on 20th March @ Mody Ford 215/A Gymkhana Rd Mudfort Sec-Bad-3. The car was delivered back on 21st.
However, when I checked I see that the Battery was changed/ it was not the same when it was given for service. I had replaced my car battery on 1st June from Ford servivce itself with warrenty of 1 year. I have the bill for it as well.
Battery num on bill: AS6910655AA
Battery returned after service: AS6910655AB
There is a change in the number of battery, when asked @ the service centre the person incharge Mr. Vikram # 9885915022 & Manager say there isn't any change and gave lot of various stories. Also, they say that the one in car is a new one and since the stock was not mentioned in the system they entered a different number on bill.
Please take this issue seriously and I need immediate action. ASKED THEM TO REPLACE MY OLD BATTERY WITH SAME NUMBER AS ON BILL OR GET A NEW BATTERY WITH BILL.
