Dear Sir,
I am subrata tarafdar, I had bought an alto K10-VXI bearing registration no - wb-20z-2555 and taken the delivery on 14-01 from mohun motor udyog limited Kolkata,
1stly) - we have been constantly misguided by the executive (RAJA) regardingthe supporting documents for finance which had caused delay a delay of atleast 7 days in the processing and harrassment in addition.
2) Raja had committed to provide us with a car perfume and an ganesha idol as gift with the delivery of the car. but he has been making excuses since then.
3) I had given the car for first servicing at the the service station recommended by mohun motors in FEB' the carpet inside the car is missing since then, I had informed the same to the concerned person Nandam Maity same day, 1stly he pretended as if he does not what a carpet is and what it looks like.
i had informed it to mohun motors also. no initiative has been taken yet, i had recieved 4-5 calls from the service station and a lady kept repeating the same question every time. and no actions or no feedback i have recieved so far.
3) the black girder at the left rear door had been removed by the service station in order to repair a dent and was re-pasted after the servicing, but it came out just after 10 days and now the company claims that it cannot be re-pasted and has to be replaced, I know its a joke, but should they follow this practice to earn money selling accessories?
how would any one will have faith on such a big dealor/ brand, instead I have several feedbacks from my friends about the other auto brands and those are feedbacks are highly satisfactory.
I thing I have made a mistake of buying the most popular, best selling, low maintainance car.
things are not as they seem, I hope you will look into the matter seriously.
