I have booked my motorcycle (Hero Honda Spleder plus-Reg no TN06-A1436) in luggage from Chennai to Ernakulam Town on 20.05.10, LT no. 374381 and it was lifted by train no.2623 Trivandrum mail on 20.05.10 from Chennai and it is supposed to be unloaded at Ernakulam Town Station on 21.05.10, but it has not been unloaded, it may be over carried to Trivandrum. So fare 3 times visited Ernakulam Town and Junction railway parcel office and Since I am working in far of place from Ernakulam it is difficult for me to travel such a distance every time to confirm whether it has reached Ernakulam or not but till today (27.05.10) my vehicle has not arrived. I am incurring heavy problems and losses lack of transport. Earlier I have given complaint on 25-05 to Ernakulam north Railway parcel office nr cell regarding this matter but not yet traced the consignment. So kindly take necessary action against this matter and do the needful.
