Not getting my parts back!!!

I met with an accident and got my vechile repaired by Maruti Naraina. They actually cheated me, they changed my front windshield, bumber and right head light. The windshield was not damaged and is still with Maruti Nariana. According to the policy I should get all the parts back that has been replaced and they are not returning them.
