Please escalate this to the highest authority possible so that proper actions can be taken.
I had received the phone number of M/s. Arham Packers & Movers (Kolkata) through JustDial and this company turned out to be fraudulent, cheaters and also thieves.
I'm not only seriously angry against the movers & packers but also very upset on JustDial because JustDial does not validate the genuity of a vendor before they refer them to end customers. Your referred person turned out to be cheats & thieves which is a serious concern with the authenticity of the information provided by Just Dial.
Mr Arush Begwani (representative of M/s. Arham Packers & Movers - Kolkata) had picked up my household goods from my Kolkata home to transfer them to my Bangalore house on March 11th. He did not even dispatch the goods from his godown in Kolkata for almost a month and a half and finally when it reached Bangalore, I had to hire a goods vehicle and pick up my goods from the godown.
Mr. Begwani had not only violated the contract of delivering the goods on time and to my house in Bangalore (as committed before) but also gave me a lot of mental pressure and tension for the same.
Mr. Begwani had threatened me over the phone that he is not responsible for any damage of the goods when I was trying to follow up on the status while the goods were still there in Kolkata. This conversation happened in the presence of Samrat Ghosh (Senior Supervisor - Consumer Affairs Dept, Just Dial).
I had a Home Theatre System which was also supposed to get transferred to Bangalore. While the goods were at Mr. Begwani's godown in Kolkata for more than a month, he had stolen the DVD Player of my Home Theatre System, hence making the entire system a waste now. This theft has costed me a lot as the entire home theatre system has becoem a waste now and a similar model would cost me nothing less than 35, 000 - 38, 000/-.
Samrat Ghosh (Senior Supervisor - Consumer Affairs Dept, Just Dial) has been involved to solve this issue since Apr 1st and knows every bit of this dispute in detail.
Mr. Arush Begwani and M/s. Arham Packers are involved in Fraud, Cheating and Theft of my goods.
I would like to appeal to JustDial to stop services provided to Mr. Arush Begwani and M/s. Arham Packers with immediate effect and also to black list him. I do not want that some other customer gets a simliar experience that I had today.
Also, JustDial should properly validate every vendor's detail's before provoding them to customers because customers trust JustDial and believe on the vendors that JustDial has referred. However, if you land up with frauds and thieves who have been referred by JustDial, then it a big concern on the JustDial brand and also their quality of services that they provode to end customers.
