Sub: Dissatisfaction with servicing of Ford – Fiesta by local servicing center.

Dear Sir,

This is to invite your kind attention to the poor servicing of Ford – Fiesta by your servicing center at Raipur. We had brought notice about it vide our letter dated Aug, 1 also. (copy of which is attached for ready reference).

The vehicle is required to be sent very frequently for servicing /repair ever since I purchased the vehicle. Each time the vehicle is sent, heavy charges are paid and the vehicle is kept with the service center for ten days or more. Even on delivery of vehicle, after repair/servicing some problem or other crops up within a short time & sent again to the service center. It is a vicious cycle.

The service center does not have adequate facilities like cable required for checking etc are not available with them.

I regret to mention that I am utterly disgusted with the vehicle and servicing center. Kindly change the car or extend the warranty by one more year.

Sub: Regarding delay in delivery of Car after servicing.

Ref: Our earlier E-mail dated 19.10.2010.

Dear Sir,

I had written to you about the poor servicing of my Ford Fiesta by your service centre at Raipur,

(copy attached for ready reference). This time I had sent the car on 13.10.2010 for servicing but I have not been delivered the car till today. I understand that it will take some more time for delivery.

I am a businessman and my business is badly affected without the car for days together.

Under the circumferences, I request you to replace the car with a new and I may be provided with a substitute car till the matter is resolved.

Please note that this is my last complaint & if the matter is not resolved this time, I shall be constrained to refer the case to consumer forum.
