Cheating and wrong billing, wrong commitments at the time of purchase of ca

I have bought my car from Goyal Hyundai Jalandhar in the month of Nov. It was a worst experience to buy a car fromGoyal Hyundai. At the time of sale of car i was offer some benefits like free Teflon coating, anti rust, mud flap covers, insurance and MP3.But still Teflon coating and anti rust has not been done on my car. Mp3 player is also not working properly. At the time of sale of car I was offered cashless insurance, but when i visited the dealer they told me it is not a cashless insurance and we have some disputes with the insurance company and we can't help you out. Moreover, duplicate key of my car was handed-over to me after 6 months from the date of purchase of car, corporate discount is also yet to receive. It is really pathetic state of affairs, and I don't know how such a big company has such a worst dealer. No of times I have visited the dealer but every times they has only one answer, please visit next time, we will do the needful. Just because of such poor quality of service, wrong commitments we have bought new I20 car for my colleague from another dealer “Novelty “at Amritsar.

Please help me out if it is possible.

No. of times I visited dealer to get the things done but every time I have to come back empty handed. On 24-09 I visited the dealer to get the needful done and talked to Mr. Sanjay (9814701006) personally in his office regarding my problems that I have been facing since last 8 months. I was shocked when he talked to me in a very rudely manner and instead of solving my problem he straight away said” Do what you can do, go where you can go” we are not going to solve your problem. Our sales manager who has sold the car to you has left the organization and we will not do any thing.

Now, I realize that buying a car from Hyundai dealer I have made an big mistake.

I also logged a call with Hyundai Motors India Limited on 18-09, but till the date I haven’t got any resolution from their side instead of solving my problem they are just forwarding the complaint.

I have also cheated by the dealer during the biiling, they have charged excess money from me.

I request you to kindly provide me the Justice.
