I am the proud owner of Zen Estilo VXI from Maruti Suzuki India Limited, I got my car serviced by ABT Maruti, Coimbatore at their Puliakulam Service Center for second free service on 10 Aug. I reported back the error on wheel alignment, hard steering and improper clutch free play. I was asked to present my car for rectification, I took all the pain and cost of producing my car to them at the earliest possible in no compromise to my commitment and liabilities as a Defense person of Indian Armed Forces. I was assured of un-interrupted performance of my car as they (ABT Maruti, Puliakulam) eliminated the cause of my displeasure.
I noticed that, front tyres of my sweet car is getting unevenly worn-out and the steering performance is not up to the desired level of my car's genetic.
I once again took a chance with my service center (ABT, Maruti, Puliakulam) patients fully with the good faith I have in Maruti Suzuki India Limited on 13 Oct by reporting my displeasure of driving MSIL product and damage to the asset of my hard earned. I was once again called back to the service center, and referred my Estilo to the specialist (MRF, Tyre & Service Franchisee) stating that, their own Wheel Alignment Equipment at the service center is out of order.
I am extremely sorry to stat that, My Estilo is still not well, as I can feel the pulse of my baby much better than any one else.
Sir, My humble request to the concerned to retrieve the actual healthy performance of my New Zen Estilo, and further request your kind honour not to bother any more Defence Person to this effect as We can't afford to do so all the time due to our commitment towards our mother land.
