Non supply of Gas cylinder after booking on 2.4.2011

I have booked my Gas on 2nd April but till date I could get my cylinder. Kindly also let me know in how many days gas cylinder is supplied. My consumer No. 8526. Name Hari Ram, B-21/A, GF, Sanwal Nagar, Near Sadiq Nagar, New Delhi-49. Phone-9868111047. I personally visited the Gas Agency on 23.4.2011 also and they have assured me that they will send the Gas by Monday i.e. 25.4.2011.
