I bought a driver seat beads, for my Wagon-R TN20AQ3310. Within two weeks the strings gave off, and the beads started to unwind. I took this to the dealer, and asked for replacement. But he was hesitating, as they do not have any warranty/gurantee to replace defective accessories. They can only do that for MGP (Maruti Genuine Parts) which carrys the warranty stuff.
They are not able tp accept the customer loss, due to defcient products sold to customer at their center. This is how customers of ABT are being treated. I decided not to use their service anymore.
Similarly, they also messed up with my friends, swift diesel. They had by mistake poured engine oil in the coolant and coolant in the engine oil. He sensed this while driving and got it rectified.
