Service incomplete, no spares, missing minor parts

1) I give regular service to these folks - the lower front cross member near radiator had rusted - this was not discovered in the many services. Finally, when the car met with an accident, and we need to rework the front I spotted it. The accident was a different reason. Is it not part of the check list for a coastal area like chennai? Come on maruti - you are not making cars of plastics? Please enforce a check list that includes this

2) again when reworking for the accident in the body shot - stepnny screw went missing, release value in engine when missing, radio stopped working

3) when I checked up to come down to get the screw for stepnny - I was called and had to return empty handed - no spares

So much for customer service, professional service!
