I had given my alto K10 vehicle for first service.
The problem is very low quality Number plate was fixed in the rear side.
this resulted in heavy vibration & noise while driving.
I had clearly written in the First service customer complaints slip.
To my shock, they have returned the vehicle without attending the complaint.
I think they only do water service and send us back.
if that is case, then why should we go to ABT maruti for Brand name.
I tried to contact Mr. Samuel the service manager of ABT maruti, unable to reach him at 6.00PM on 02.10.10. because my car was delivered at that time to my residence.
Then how to believe the other problems whether corrected or not.
The light & the a/c suddenly becomes low.
can Maruti Suzuki customer care answer me this query.
