Dear sir

I had Wagon R Due LXI regestration no up-78-bw-6148, I hand over the car for third service on 01/09/10 to benejhaver workshop, after servicing when I see the condation of washing iwas astonised that at bottom it is full of mud, I complain to madam Hema she suggested me for again wash after second wash problem again exist when Itold your washer man he told we only spray water we dont clean it by desil or soap so cleaning can not be more .(remaing mud will form rusting).

Secondely doors were noicing after mensening its again noising (looking in I found no greeseng had been don.

Just tell me sir that are you maintaining such type of quality.

And let me know what step should i take
